Dr. Amanda Kelley joined Montpelier Vision center in 2017. Dr. Kelley is a 2008 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is an active member of both the Richmond Optometric Society and the American Optometric Society. She was recognized in the 2017 “Top Docs” issue of Richmond magazine.
